Meet Our Founder:

Shivonne Odom-Chase

Shivonne Odom-Chase, LCPC, LPC, PMH-C is a licensed mental health therapist serving women in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Connecticut. She is a Board-Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician and a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in Maryland with advanced training in perinatal and reproductive mental health through Postpartum Support International and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).  She has attended the Jones Foundation Infertility Counseling Conference.  Shivonne specializes in infertility mental health counseling and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, while offering a compassionate and culturally informed approach to care.  She completed her master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Howard University and her bachelor's degree in Psychology.

She is an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES), the Maryland Counseling Association, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).  She is also a member of the Cade Foundation’s Advisory Board to help individuals diagnosed with infertility achieve their family-building goals. Her expertise has been featured in Parents and Women’s Health magazines. As an IVF warrior and angel mom, Shivonne brings both professional knowledge and personal lived experience with infertility treatments to her clinical work. Outside of her practice, she enjoys volunteering with her sorority, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her family.
