Insurance & Fees
Shivonne operates as an out-of-network provider, which allows her to provide highly personalized care tailored directly to your needs. Payment is due in full at the time of each session. Shivonne accepts HSA and FSA cards, and is happy to provide you with a monthly statement (often called a 'superbill') that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
